Repario
• Lead the comprehensive annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range strategic financial planning processes • Develop and maintain complex financial models (e.g., driver-based models, scenario planning, project profitability) • Develop, track, and report KPI’s tied to revenue growth, margin expansion and operating efficiency • Serve as strategic finance partner to functional and department leaders in Sales, Operations, Product and Technology • Partner with Accounting to forecast cash, working capital, and liquidity • Collaborate with Accounting functions to ensure accurate and timely financial statements • Lead financial due diligence for acquisitions and divestitures; build and validate deal models • Prepare board decks, lender packages, and private equity sponsor reporting.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; Advanced Education a Plus
- CPA designation is highly preferred.
- 8-12+ years of progressive FP&A experience
- Experience at a PE-owned company is preferred.
- Strong excel skills required.
- Demonstrated experience in a role requiring both strategic planning (FP&A) and financial control/accounting oversight.
- Experience within the LegalTech, SaaS, or eDiscovery/Professional Services industry is a significant advantage.
- Working knowledge of applicable financial practices and procedures (GAAP/IFRS)
- Proficient with accounting software (e.g., ERP systems) and standard office and accounting equipment.
- Proven ability to communicate complex financial information to executives and investors.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
