• Manage portfolio through complete and current knowledge of client’s financial condition, management’s performance and industry trends, and take timely action so client losses are minimized and do not exceed budgeted standards. • Responsible for ensuring all advances and loans comply with loan policy and approved structure. • Attain an acceptable contribution to overhead and/or profit from each client arrangement to achieve individual profit objective. • Responsible for documenting all relationships to ensure approved and required legal documentation. • Resolve factoring and asset based lending service problems, control operational costs and minimize loss of clients to competition. • Propose changes in policies and procedure to reduce costs and provide better and more efficient services. • Develop and operate within individual budget to control expenses. • Structure and underwrite changes to existing deals for management approval. • Other duties as assigned.

Role Description We are currently expanding and looking to add a Sales Representative. If you have an eye for details, numbers, and are a strong sales person, this could be the job for you. - Handle incoming calls and emails with inquiries from customers with confidence and accuracy. - Complete and submit all pertinent and necessary paperwork (documents, report) required to finalize a vehicle sale or lease, including the financing. - Maintain records of each sale, including call/contact reports, quotes, specifications, sales orders, expense reports and other required documentation. - Develop and maintain competent industry and product knowledge related to the trucking industry, such as used equipment, features, accessories, and benefits to the customers to show equipment features and performance to customers. - Ensure all required paperwork is submitted for the efficient processing of financing and credit approval applications. - Maintain an up-to-date inventory and ownership documents of used trucks. - Collaborate with the Department of Transportation to ensure the smooth transfer of sales and manage all required documentation. Qualifications - Bachelors or Diploma in finance is required. - Experience 3+ years in a similar role. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to hold technical conversations regarding truck sales. - Proven ability to build trust and maintain relationships. - Comfortable talking to customers face-to-face, on the telephone and making cold calls. - Strong computer skills, with intermediate abilities in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
