About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency. Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel. Analyze trends, patterns, and business performance to provide actionable insights. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions. Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support strategic and operational decisions. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for leadership. Automate recurring data processes and improve efficiency in reporting workflows. Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, business, finance, operations) to optimize data-driven processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one data visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Solid understanding of statistical techniques and data modeling.
  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

About the Role We are seeking a data-driven analyst who is passionate about user growth. You will work closely with our growth team to uncover insights from user behavior, identify growth opportunities and bottlenecks, and design actionable data strategies. Your core focus will be building and optimizing our growth funnel, conducting granular user segmentation, and developing strategies for different user groups. You will also evaluate advertising and KOL (Key Opinion Leader) campaign performance, providing key insights to inform user acquisition and monetization success at Meshy. What You’ll Do: Data-Driven Growth Analysis Build, monitor, and continuously optimize the full-funnel growth process from acquisition, activation, and retention to monetization and referral. Analyze conversion rates across funnel stages, identify growth bottlenecks, and deliver actionable optimization recommendations. Evaluate A/B tests and product launches, assessing their impact on key growth metrics to guide product iteration. User Insights & Segmentation Develop and refine user segmentation models based on behavior, lifecycle stage, and business value. Identify and profile key user cohorts such as high-value users and at-risk churn users, uncovering their characteristics and needs. Operational Strategy Support Partner closely with operations, marketing, and product teams to provide data support and strategic input for initiatives like user segmentation and pricing. Measure and optimize the effectiveness of user-focused operational strategies. Experience with SaaS, productivity, or content creation products preferred. Proficiency in SQL and ability to write complex queries for data extraction and aggregation. Skilled in at least one analytics/visualization tool such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Metabase. Strong understanding of statistical analysis and A/B testing principles. Familiarity with attribution tools like Google Analytics or AppsFlyer. Basic understanding of machine learning; experience in building user segmentation, LTV prediction, or churn-forecasting models. Strong interest or background in AIGC, 3D graphics, or digital content creation. Experience using Python or R for data cleaning, analysis, and modeling.
