Mission: Consultants report to the Manager, Consulting. Your mission as a Consultant is to own a set of client engagements – providing consultative value on strategies to implement HubSpot and our other technologies to solve problems related to front office teams – marketing, sales service, and operations among others. You will manage and maintain project plans and align teams (with clients and internally) to execute on the work. Your main objectives are to deliver, retain and expand client engagements through their experience with Mole Street, and ensure on time and budget delivery. You will cultivate knowledge across teams. Your mission as Consultant is also to build and maintain relationships, advise and deliver well, and create clarity – aiding Mole Street to be the premier consulting firm for HubSpot’s platform, globally. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Three main disciplines are critical to success for the Consultant. The ability to: Business Strategy : Architect solutions to support client business initiatives, strategically understand business models and outcomes desired, and think ahead for continued success by translating their success through the solutions and technologies provided. Account Management : Delight clients with clarity, proactive, and consistent communication – ensuring the highest standards of quality, and identify retention and expansion opportunities for further growth. Project Management : Detail and consistently manage projects and resource plans to ensure the team achieve utilization targets, and excel in executing on budget and on time delivery for client projects. Account Management Host planning meetings for technology implementations (i.e. HubSpot) with our internal and client teams – setting frameworks and standards, while managing quality through to project completion and maintain client satisfaction Maintain knowledge of client objectives, key stakeholders, and challenges – communicating on a consistent basis (at least weekly) over the phone, and providing follow-up emails alongside those calls in partnership with our delivery team Identify upsell opportunities with existing clients, and exercise skills in value positioning to create scopes of work and proposals to demonstrate additional value Ensure strategic and technical road maps meet client objectives and within Mole Street’s scope – influencing new initiatives for continued engagement and value-add Ensure performance standards are met or exceeded for clients, while maintaining consistent lines of communication that are forward looking and additive in terms of value. Project Management Create and manage detailed project plans for all client work in project management software (i.e. Kantata) Plan your team’s time, using Kantata, to ensure effective execution on utilization and revenue targets based on your client list Delegate and follow up (internally and externally) as needed to guarantee successful client delivery and satisfaction Remove roadblocks to tasks and support your team in creating more efficiency towards their work Raise instances of scope creep with relevant internal stakeholders and clients quickly and effectively, as appropriate – addressing root causes, following up to reset expectations as appropriate, and following up with next steps to continue progress on in-scope items Monitor and control project delivery through reporting and insights on data and work completed of results – raising awareness of budget and time allotted to ensure on time delivery Business Strategy Leverage subject matter expertise and business process optimization mindset to deliver tangible results for Mole Street’s clients – in the form of consultative guidance, value-add, and deliverables (i.e. process maps, business assessments, reporting scorecards, technology stack audits, etc.) among other forms of outputs from client engagements Conduct and organize client projects as the Project Lead, ensuring the client and Mole Street team is aligned on the long term business goal, metrics, and consulting initiatives Maintain administrative excellence for project delivery for Mole Street engagements – managing the project plan in Kantata and collaborating internally to guarantee effective task management and prevent scope creep Execute on Mole Street’s solution lines – migrations, integrations, technical consulting, website design and development – utilizing the HubSpot platform and other technologies we work with Aid in identifying and developing consulting proposals and scopes of work when requested by leadership and/or pre-sales Own solution design, discovery, presenting of deliverables, and project delivery, billing your time in Kantata and delegating to the right teams appropriately, to support these efforts Travel onsite as needed, within the scope of work, to deliver on consulting engagements as needed Admin Daily huddle attendance - 9:32-9:47 daily Weekly account meeting attendance - 10:30am-11:00am Mondays Weekly Consulting Department meeting attendance Availability on email, Slack, Zoom, and phone during working hours for connects with team and client as needed Work on special projects including Mole Street marketing and other ops related admin projects as assigned Experience and Attributes: Strong understanding of the inner workings of go-to-market teams - including marketing, sales, customer success/service, and operations among others - and refining processes for those teams to succeed collaboratively. Experience in relationship management – maintaining connections within a client organization during an engagement, understanding interpersonal dynamics, and handling objections from out-of-scope activities and identifying risk. Solid foundation in project management fundamentals – organizing planning, execution, scope management, and maintaining control of client delivery activities to achieve outcomes specified in the scope of work. Ability to understand business processes, and translate business vision and goals into iterative steps and a project plan by offering recommendations on improvements and consultative value. Proficiency in Mole Street’s Technologies – HubSpot among others – evidenced through certifications and technical aptitude for data flows. Analytical thinking – inclusive of data and problems presented in a quantitative, qualitative, and/or conceptual manner. Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, Google Suite, and Professional Services Automation software (i.e. Mavenlink). Preferred Attributes: Proficiency in Mole Street’s Technologies – AirCall, Snowflake – and other systems. Experience working in Kantata Specialization in a particular industry – financial services, SaaS, and healthcare among others – and/or field. Experience handling the following between HubSpot and other systems: custom integrations, data migrations, implementation projects, and website design/development. Knowledge of distinct technology ecosystems, channel revenue programs, and its nuances. History of assisting on pre-sales initiatives combined with high standards of project delivery. The Cardiologist is a Licensed/Board Certified professional who plays a key role as part of the clinical operations team, providing direct patient care and assessments, primarily in the ambulatory health care center setting. The responsibilities of the Cardiologist include but are not limited to: diagnosing and treating various cardiovascular ailments or diseases, such as heart attacks and coronary heart disease, taking medical history, conducting physical exams, developing a plan of care, providing health education, specialty referrals and case management referrals, providing follow-up care and applying clear, in-depth documentation through written progress notes and summaries according to ChenMed standards for quality, service, productivity and teamwork. He/She also participates in clinical rounds and conferences. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides excellent inpatient and outpatient cardiovascular care as well as, care coordination, echocardiogram reading, population management of market's members, and oversight of PCP's cardiovascular skills. Leads a cardiovascular care team that may include Care Promoters, Echocardiogram/X-ray Technician(s), and in some cases a mid-level (ARNP or PA) dedicated to cardiology depending on the scope and member volume. Assists the Medical Director, Cardiology (MDC) in managing the day-to-day clinical and business operations and building positive relationships with providers and key stakeholders for all ChenMed/JenCare/Dedicated Senior Health centers within the market. Consults with the Medical Director, Cardiology to ensure compliance with guidelines along with participating in risk and quality management programs, clinical meetings and other programs that maximize and promote clinical value, improve clinical quality, efficiency, physician/patient satisfaction and advance strategic business objectives. Manages the care of chronic cardiovascular diseases, e.g., examines patient and runs or orders tests to determine chief complaint and recommends appropriate care or treatment plans as indicated by patient condition and to meet their clinical needs, for a panel of at minimum 5,000 patients ( with the support of the Care Team and Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant depending on ratio ). Assesses patient’s ability to withstand the stresses of cardiovascular or other surgeries and helps surgeons or invasive cardiologists in managing strategy for patient, including clearing patient for surgery. Runs and accurately reads EKG, chest X-rays and echoes; includes ability to know which blood tests to order to check for certain types of heart diseases. Orders studies, tests and other ancillary services as needed. Limiting external cardiovascular care where high quality internal care can be appropriately provided to members. Prescribes medication and treatment in accordance with patient condition, payer coverage/guidelines and industry standards. Reviews PCP requests for external cardiology referrals and participates in delegated utilization authorizations; determines level of urgency of follow-up, referral/consultation appointments. May have responsibility for cardiology clinical operations of 2-5 centers in the market, under the supervision of the MD, CVC. Exercises final medical judgment in issues of health care for paneled patients. Provides patient education related to heart disease, wellness, prevention and early detection, including supporting market CHF clinics and other patient education initiatives. Assists with training and hiring of dedicated cardiology Care Promoters and NPs/PAs. Coaches and mentors PCP physicians and other clinicians in cardiology management in the PCP setting. Participation in cardiovascular team meetings and daily huddles, and participate in focused clinical discussions in market huddles, super-huddles, and team meetings. How We Use Personal Information We collect, use, share, and store personal information from job applicants for our and our service providers’ business and operational purposes in the recruitment process such as: processing your application, tracking your application through the recruitment process, contacting references with your authorization, conducting background checks you authorize, and making hiring decisions. We will also use job applicant information for internal analysis purposes to understand the applicants who apply and to improve our recruitment process. We may sometimes need to use applicant information for legal purposes, such as in connection with any challenges made to our hiring decisions. With Whom We Share Personal Information We will disclose job applicant personal information to the following types of entities or in the following circumstances (where applicable): Internally : to other Legion personnel involved in the recruiting and hiring process.
