Special Projects Recruiter
CCS Construction Staffing
• Calling upon applicants daily • Interview, screen and qualify potential applicants • Use independent judgment to determine the best applicants to represent CCS • Match the best candidates with client's expectations and requirements • Instruct, train and orient candidate on CCS' policies and expectations about the particular assignment • Supervise and appraise the productivity and efficiency of the applicant through follow-up and quality control checks
Job Requirements
- No previous staffing/recruiting experience required
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus!
- Willing to learn
- Must have high-speed WiFi at home
- Must have positive attitude and ambition to grow in staffing and recruiting
- Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Must have a commitment to excellence
