Role Description As a Voice Bot Prompt Writer, you will play a crucial role in crafting engaging and effective prompts for voice-enabled applications, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly conversational experience. Your responsibilities will involve: - Prompt Creation: Develop conversational prompts that guide users through interactions with voice bots in a natural and user-friendly manner. - Design prompts that are clear, concise, and tailored for effective communication in a voice-based environment. - User-Centric Approach: Understand user behaviors, preferences, and expectations to create prompts that enhance the overall user experience. - Anticipate user needs and design prompts that facilitate smooth and intuitive voice interactions. - Tone and Style: Establish and maintain a consistent and appropriate tone for the voice bot, aligning with the brand or application's identity. - Adapt the writing style to suit different scenarios and user demographics. - Persona Development: Contribute to the development of the voice bot's persona by creating prompts that reflect a cohesive and engaging personality. - Ensure that the voice bot's responses align with the intended persona and brand identity. - Scripting: Write scripts for various voice bot scenarios, including greetings, responses to user queries, error handling, and more. - Collaborate with developers to integrate scripts seamlessly into the voice bot's functionality. - Localization: Adapt prompts for different languages and cultural nuances to create a globally inclusive user experience. - Collaborate with localization teams to ensure accurate and culturally sensitive translations. - Testing and Optimization: Conduct thorough testing of voice bot prompts to identify areas for improvement. - Collaborate with the development and quality assurance teams to optimize prompt performance based on user feedback and data analysis. - Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of voice bot prompt guidelines, best practices, and any specific requirements for developers and stakeholders. Job Description Our national Building Engineering team is growing, and we are seeking a Principal Fire Protection Engineer to play a key technical and project leadership role across major building and infrastructure projects. Sitting between Senior and Associate Director level, this position is ideal for an experienced engineer ready to step into broader leadership, client engagement and discipline development responsibilities while still remaining hands-on in technical delivery. You will work across a diverse portfolio including defence, education, health, commercial, aviation and more - driving high-quality fire protection solutions and contributing to the continued growth of our national team. How you'll make a difference - Lead fire protection design and delivery across complex projects, from early concept and detailed design through to construction support and commissioning. - Provide high-level technical input across wet and dry fire protection systems including fire hydrants, hose reels, sprinkler systems, alternative suppression systems, gas suppression, detection and EWIS/evacuation systems. - Oversee design compliance with the NCC, Australian Standards and relevant authorities, ensuring robust safety, quality and performance outcomes. - Act as a key client interface-building trusted relationships, supporting project acquisition and contributing to business development initiatives. - Mentor and guide engineers across the team, fostering strong technical capability and supporting career development. - Coordinate effectively with mechanical, electrical, structural and specialist engineering teams to deliver integrated, multi-disciplinary building solutions. - Contribute to discipline strategy, technical standards and continuous improvement across the national Fire Protection Engineering practice. The qualities that help you thrive: - Ideally, 9+ years' experience in Fire Protection / Services Engineering within an engineering consultancy or relevant government/contractor environment, with strong design and project delivery capability. - Demonstrated experience leading medium to large, multi-disciplinary projects and coordinating project teams. - Strong technical capability across fire suppression systems, fire water infrastructure, fire detection, alarm and EWIS systems, with experience in both wet and dry systems. - Ability to manage client relationships, contribute to bid preparation and lead successful project outcomes. - Relevant engineering degree with professional accreditation (NER, RPEQ or FPAS - Fire Systems Design) or eligibility to obtain. - Experience using industry-standard tools such as Hyena, Revizto, Revit or AutoCAD. • Evaluate, analyze, and recommend equipment and design specifications to external suppliers and internal Procurement partners based on technical design of the project. • Create and review photovoltaic (PV) and energy storage performance estimates using commercial software programs such as PVsyst or in-house models. Provide review of 3rd party modeling and studies. • Lead Independent Engineer (IE) due diligence including contract management, reviewing IE reports, IE energy assessments, and providing feedback as needed. Lead technical support for bank due diligence. • Provide Owner Engineering review and approval for projects in all stages of design. • Research new technologies and energy assessment techniques for PV and energy storage. • Provide technical review, input, and risk assessment for key contracts and agreements including Interconnection, Equipment Procurement, Power Purchase, EPC, and O&M. • Provide guidance for and create advanced conceptual system design and site layouts for both PV and energy storage. • Drive technical specifications and evaluate scope of work for engineering design contracts, while also providing detailed oversight and support of contractors and providing technical review of contractor-supplied deliverables. • Perform value engineering analysis of design alternatives based on impact on financial returns. • Collaborate with individual department, as well as cross-functionally with other departments within the organization. • Maintain organizational excellence in terms of project timelines and deliverables. • Demonstrates the Clēnera Core Values of Caring, Committed, and Courageous. • Other duties as assigned.
