Role Description ICF’s Digital Modernization and Experience (DMX) Division is seeking an Enterprise Architect with experience in Digital Portfolio Management, Advisory & Governance to support our federal client. The Enterprise Architect is responsible for: - Establishing and managing centralized digital portfolio management and reporting. - Implementing architecture standards, advisory services, governance reviews, and customer experience practices. - Enabling data-driven decisions for investment, consolidation, modernization, and delivery optimization. - Partnering closely with business leaders, enterprise architecture, engineering, delivery teams, and stakeholders. Local candidates may be expected to work at the client site in Rockville, MD, at least 1-2 days per week. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or other related scientific/technical discipline. - 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, digital portfolio management, technology governance, IT strategy, or digital delivery leadership. - 1+ years of experience with portfolio rationalization, architecture governance, customer engagement, and enterprise delivery standards. - 1+ years of experience referencing architecture, design patterns, cloud technologies, modernization approaches, and customer experience principles. - 1+ years of experience leading cross-functional governance, advisory, and stakeholder engagement activities. - Must be a United States (U.S.) Citizen or Green card holder, and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.). - Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust with the government. - Candidate must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and all work must be performed in the U.S. Requirements - Experience with enterprise architecture and portfolio management platforms such as LeanIX, ServiceNow APM, Ardoq, or similar tools. - Familiarity with Agile, DevSecOps, product delivery, and human-centered design practices. - Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills. - Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, SAFe, ITIL, PMP, or cloud certifications preferred. - Strong understanding of system architecture and design principles. - Excellent written and oral communications skills to deliver technical solutions simply and succinctly. - Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - In-depth understanding of ServiceNow best practices and industry trends. - Excellent conflict resolution skills to mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely and accurate delivery.
