Job Description

Senior Client Financial Analyst

Precision Medicine Group

• Support the overall financial management for the client portfolio • Take on a larger role in monthly project accounting efforts including meetings with project managers • Review & reconcile new projects including verifying signatures and tracking milestones • Assist with revenue recognition for project revenues and compliance with client contracts • Prepare monthly project revenue forecast and comparisons to budget • Review and submit monthly client accruals and submissions to clients • Assist in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum concentration accounting, finance or business
  • 3+ years of relevant accounting/finance experience
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Agency or Professional Services experience a plus
  • Month end close experience
  • Revenue Recognition experience
  • Project Accounting experience
  • Client Services/Client Facing experience

Role Description We are seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting Consultant to support a complex integration initiative following a business acquisition. This role will lead finance and accounting integration activities, ensuring operational readiness for Day 1 legal close and successful transition away from seller-provided services. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with ERP integrations, financial systems cutovers, accounting operations, and post-acquisition integration planning. Expertise with Enertia is highly preferred, along with experience working across multiple ERP environments. This is a remote position requiring candidates to reside in the United States and be authorized to work without visa sponsorship or visa transfers. Please note that we do not work C2C. Key Responsibilities - Lead finance and accounting integration activities for Day 1 legal close and TSA (Transition Services Agreement) exit - Develop and manage detailed integration workplans, timelines, and functional roadmaps - Coordinate end-to-end integration planning across accounting operations, financial controls, and systems - Design and document future-state finance processes, workflows, and organizational structures - Support ERP and financial system transition and cutover activities - Map seller chart of accounts (COA) to buyer COA for reporting and operational continuity - Coordinate and document purchase price accounting (PPA) and opening balance sheet entries - Develop Day 1 close plans, accounting timelines, and transition milestones - Partner with finance, accounting, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment across integration activities - Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies related to finance and accounting integration - Support disengagement planning from seller-provided accounting and financial TSAs - Provide regular status updates, reporting, and executive-level communication throughout the project lifecycle Qualifications - 5+ years of project management experience supporting finance, accounting, or ERP integration initiatives - Hands-on experience with finance and accounting integration in mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures - Strong understanding of accounting operations, financial reporting, controls, and close processes - Experience leading ERP or financial system implementations and cutovers - Experience with chart of accounts mapping and financial data migration - Ability to develop detailed project plans, workstreams, and governance structures - Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments Preferred Qualifications - Experience with Enertia ERP strongly preferred - Experience working with multiple ERP systems and system migrations - Background in oil & gas, energy, or asset-intensive industries preferred - CPA, PMP, or related certification is a plus - Experience supporting TSA transitions and post-close integration activities preferred Benefits - Opportunity to be part of a digital workforce - Self-responsibility in the workplace - Manage your own workloads and deliver exceptional work for clients - Professional career growth as a main priority - Investment in Consultants and empowerment of people to deliver the best results and value for clients
