Job Description

Strategic Client Partner – Premium Audit

Insurity

Role Description This is for a premium audit leader who has conducted premium audits, has been accountable for audit coverage, reviewer workflows, and getting premium from audit to bill to cash—and has sat in the seat where premium is missed. You know exactly how and why it happens. - You’ve seen it firsthand—policies that never get audited, payroll that isn’t fully captured, classifications that go uncorrected, and audits that sit too long to be billed. - You know the tradeoffs carriers make every day: what gets audited vs. what gets waived, what gets processed vs. what sits, and how quickly missed premium turns into lost revenue. - You have hands-on knowledge of how premium audit tools are configured. This role is about stepping into those conversations as a peer—bringing a clear, experience-backed point of view on where premium is being lost and what it takes to audit every auditable policy. What our Strategic Client Partner – Premium Audit will do - Create credible demand in priority accounts—establishing trusted technical and business credibility with senior customer stakeholders, reframing problems, validating high-value use cases, and generating demand for the product. - Partner to construct deal strategy for priority opportunities—shaping customer-specific value narratives, collaborating to break into priority accounts, and advancing complex or stalled deals. - Collaborate to ensure no lead or deal leakage—maintaining accountability from first engagement through booking, driving disciplined follow-through, and preventing drop-off. - Identify where premium is being missed—where policies go unaudited, payroll is underreported, classifications remain uncorrected, and completed audits don’t translate into billed premium. - Challenge how the audit department is operating—where manual reviewer bottlenecks, limited audit coverage, aging audits, and processing backlogs constrain what gets audited and billed. - Illustrate what it takes to audit every auditable policy within a book of business—bring a clear point of view on what full audit coverage requires—where all eligible policies are audited, manual review is reduced, timelines are compressed, and premium moves cleanly from audit to bill to cash. This role partners closely with Marketing and Sales and sits within the Product organization to ensure alignment to roadmap, positioning, and real customer needs. Qualifications - You’ve owned premium audit outcomes end-to-end—audit coverage, processing timelines, and premium accuracy, where missed audits or delays showed up directly as unbilled premium. - You’ve worked within operational constraints—limited staffing, manual review requirements, and backlogs that force tradeoffs on what gets audited vs. what gets left behind. - You go straight to where premium is lost—where audits fall through, payroll isn’t fully captured, classifications go uncorrected, and operational gaps directly impact revenue. - You have a clear point of view on how audit should run—how to move from partial to full coverage, reduce manual dependency, and capture premium faster. - You still want to be close to the challenge—engaging where your experience directly impacts how carriers capture premium, run audit operations, and drive financial performance. Benefits - Work Where You Thrive—Find the work environment that supports your best—whether that’s remote, in-office, or hybrid—depending on your role and location. - Take Time When You Need It—We trust our team to manage their time with our Open PTO Policy, empowering you to recharge when it matters most. - Benefits That Start on Day One—Enjoy comprehensive health coverage and employer-matched retirement savings right from your first day. - Living Our Values Every Day—Our core values guide how we hire, grow, and retain the very best talent. - Award-Winning Onboarding—Our onboarding program is designed to set you up for success and help you make an immediate impact. - Grow Your Career from Within—We believe in promoting from within; over 25% of our open roles are filled by internal candidates. - Mentorship That Matters—Our mentorship program connects you with experienced leaders committed to helping you grow. - Insurity Podcasts—Explore podcasts from our Learning & Development team for deeper insight into Insurity products and company innovation. - Keep Learning, Always—Fuel your growth with full access to LinkedIn Learning and Kaplan. - Invest in Your Future—And Your Family’s—Access discounted tuition through our partnership with the University of Arizona Global Campus. - Earn When You Refer—Our Employee Referral Bonus program rewards you for bringing great people on board. Company Description Insurity empowers insurance organizations to quickly capitalize on new opportunities by delivering the world’s most configurable, cloud-native, easy-to-use, and intuitively analytical insurance software. We empower our people—providing the tools, support, and opportunities they need to grow and succeed. - We don’t just make bold promises—we deliver results. - As the largest cloud-based software provider for the Property & Casualty market, Insurity is trusted by 22 of the top 25 P&C carriers and 7 of the top 10 wholesale brokers in the MGA space. - Behind that trust is a team that delivers exceptional value and deep industry expertise. - At Insurity, you’ll collaborate with some of the most creative and knowledgeable minds in insurance tech—in a culture that fosters innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning. - Our award-winning onboarding experience welcomes and supports you from the moment you accept our offer.
