Role Description The Senior Application Developer will collaborate with our internal teams to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions and .NET framework. • Conduct on-site evaluations and engineering analysis of commercial and industrial energy systems to assess demand response potential and overall performance • Collect, validate, and analyze field data, including load profiles, equipment performance, and operational characteristics • Apply engineering principles to develop, calculate, and verify baselines, load reductions, and curtailment strategies • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations to improve program outcomes and customer participation • Serve as a technical liaison between customers, account managers, and internal engineering teams, providing guidance, training, and support • Troubleshoot complex systems and resolve issues using analytical, data-driven approaches while ensuring accuracy and integrity of program data

• Develop and maintain interactive and easy-to-understand BI reports and dashboards using BI tools (Sigma Computing/Snowflake) • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications • Assist in analyzing data to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights to support business strategies • Implement data visualization best practices to present complex information clearly and effectively • Perform data validation and troubleshooting to ensure dashboards and reports function as intended • Monitor and optimize report performance for improved efficiency • Provide training and support to end users on how to utilize BI tools and reports effectively

• Develop and maintain Flutter-based mobile applications using clean and scalable code • Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces aligned with Material Design and iOS standards • Integrate mobile applications with APIs and backend services • Implement real-time data visualization and processing features • Collaborate with backend developers and AI engineers to integrate intelligent functionalities • Optimize application performance and ensure smooth experience across devices • Participate in code reviews and maintain high development standards • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks
