FC Operations Coordinator – Platform Services

Spreetail

• Own daily coordination and follow-through across all FC Problem Solver tasks by ensuring every item has clear ownership, visibility, timelines, and resolution status. • Manage and maintain the intake and ticketing workflow by prioritizing incoming requests, routing work appropriately, and ensuring no items remain unresolved without documented action plans. • Track, verify, and close operational tasks accurately while proactively escalating blockers, risks, or stalled work with the context needed for leadership action. • Build and maintain reporting that provides clear visibility into open work, resolution timelines, recurring issues, and overall FC Problem Solver performance. • Partner cross-functionally with SMEs, Account Managers, and FC leadership to deliver timely communication, operational updates, and proactive escalation support that protects brand and fulfillment operations.

Job Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience managing task tracking, work queues, or project coordination within a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Proficiency with workflow and task management tools such as Process Street, ticketing systems, or similar operational platforms.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to provide clear, concise status updates and reporting across multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a high-volume queue of operational tasks while maintaining urgency, accuracy, and follow-through.
  • Experience supporting e-commerce, fulfillment center, or 3PL operations, with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and familiarity with reporting tools, WMS platforms, or AI-assisted operational workflows preferred.

• Data Partnership Operations & Lifecycle Management: Own the operational lifecycle of external data partnerships following contract signature.
