Role Description We are searching for a Mid-Level Electrical Engineer to join our growing Professional Design Services team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of related MEP design engineering experience and will take a leadership role in the design and analysis of electrical systems. In this position, you will: - Mentor junior-level MEP engineers - Support proposal efforts - Work on diverse projects across multiple markets and geographies - Broaden your knowledge and deepen your skill set in building systems design - Efficiently navigate through various design stages, from concept plans to construction documentation This role can be based in one of our Pond offices or as a remote employee, providing flexibility in your work location. Role Description Contribute expertise across: - Analog - Mixed-Signal - RFIC - ASIC - Physical Design workflows - Review semiconductor architectures, implementation methodologies, and silicon design tradeoffs. - Support tasks related to tapeout flows, verification, timing closure, and silicon validation. - Assist in evaluating and improving AI systems trained on hardware engineering workflows. - Provide technical insight based on real-world production silicon experience.
