Qualifications - 2+ years in project management, account management, or operations. - Experience working in or alongside a small business (teams of 20-30). - Natural project manager who spots gaps in plans. - Executive presence with the ability to earn trust quickly. - Curious and proactive, asking the right questions. - Flexible leader, adept at both leading and supporting teams. - Tech-savvy with tools like Zoom, HubSpot, Microsoft 365, and Dropbox. - Remote professional with a home setup and located near a major airport.
