Role Description - Oversee all billing processes and insurance authorizations. - Submit new authorization requests and follow up on expiring authorizations. - Run monthly billing and authorization reports to ensure all records remain up to date. - Communicate daily with insurance payors regarding authorizations, claims, and billing inquiries. - Follow up on billed claims to ensure timely processing and payment resolution. - Maintain accurate records and documentation related to billing and insurance processes. - Assist with resolving claim discrepancies, denials, and billing issues. - Ensure all billing activities are completed accurately and within required timelines. Qualifications - Previous experience in billing coordination, medical billing, or insurance authorizations preferred. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Excellent communication and follow-up abilities. - Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Experience working with insurance payors and claims processes is advantageous. - Comfortable working U.S. hours.
