• Write and polish compelling, typo-free, and action-oriented product copy that effectively drives user engagement and conversions • Meticulously review in-app assets, guides, and layouts to spot formatting errors, clunky user instructions, or missing visual elements before they reach the user • Act as the operational bridge when issues arise; proactively investigate user friction points flagged by any member of the team and translate them into structured, clear briefs • Confidently manage your own daily workflow and prioritize competing tasks • Dive into technical workflows and internal systems without hesitation to ensure all content is flawlessly implemented on the client side • Stay energized and focused through necessary routine work, such as updating extensive batches of scripts in CMS to perfectly align them with the app's brand voice.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in UX copywriting, content management, or content QA within mobile products
  • Copywriting Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to write engaging, persuasive, and high-converting copy that drives user action
  • Flawless Editing & Content QA Skills: An eagle eye for detail, with a proven track record of catching formatting errors, spotting broken user flows, and maintaining rigorous quality standards
  • Comfort with Technical Workflows: Experience working with internal content management systems (CMS) or app admin panels, with a natural curiosity to troubleshoot technical constraints independently
  • Data-Informed Approach: Ability to look at basic product metrics or user experience research (UXR) data and use those insights to prioritize your workload and optimize copy performance
  • Strong Operational Communication: Excellent cross-functional coordination skills, with the ability to cleanly gather feedback and package it into actionable, structured updates.
