Role Description As a Legal Counsel at CapsLock, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the company's growth by handling vendor/client contracts, investment agreements, KYC processes, and other legal matters. Registered USPTO Patent Agent — Biotechnology Domain ROLE SNAPSHOT — - Location/Schedule: Remote - Purpose: Own end-to-end biotechnology patent prosecution for one of Mercola Health Sciences’ highest-priority technical domains.
