• Collect, clean and interpret datasets • Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns and correlations • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data for stakeholders • Maintains data integrity and security • Create and maintain documentation of data analysis processes and findings • Assist in developing and optimizing data collection and analysis procedures • Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and processes by participating in training programs and continuous learning modules • Collaborate with other departments as needed to resolve issues • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues at all times • Adhere to company policies and procedures • Meet or exceed performance targets for related KPIs • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in data processor, data analyst or related role, preferably in a call center environment
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in using computers and various software applications
  • Proficiency in data processing and analysis tools, such as spreadsheets, SQL, etc.
  • Financial Knowledge (Preferred): Basic understanding of banking information, distinguishing international currencies, and handling diverse payment methods (e.g., Wire vs. EFT payments).
