Cloud Engineer, AWS, GenAI

LITIT

• Develop and maintain Python-based backend services and AWS Lambda functions. • Design, build, and deploy cloud infrastructure using AWS CDK. • Implement and manage AWS services including API Gateway, IAM, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch, S3, SageMaker, and Bedrock. • Build secure and scalable integrations between internal systems and external APIs (e.g., Jira and other enterprise tools). • Manage IAM roles, policies, and secure access patterns across services and environments. • Implement secure secret-handling and credential management practices. • Support GenAI/LLM integrations using Amazon Bedrock and related tooling. • Contribute to AI agent onboarding workflows and runtime execution frameworks (e.g., MCP/tool-based architectures). • Ensure secure usage of LLMs by preventing sensitive data exposure in prompts, logs, and shared environments. • Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure, deployment, and runtime issues. • Collaborate with platform and product teams to enable scalable internal AI and cloud capabilities.

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in Python for backend development.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, especially: Lambda, API Gateway, IAM, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch, S3.
  • Experience with SageMaker and/or Bedrock is highly desirable.
  • Experience with AWS CDK or other infrastructure-as-code tools.
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs and backend service design.
  • Experience integrating internal systems with external APIs.
  • Familiarity with secure cloud architecture patterns, including IAM and secrets management.
  • Exposure to GenAI/LLM systems, especially API-based LLM integration (e.g., Bedrock or similar).
  • Understanding of AI agent frameworks, tool-use patterns, or MCP-style architectures (preferred).
  • Debugging and troubleshooting skills in distributed/cloud environments.
  • Experience working with Git/GitLab in a collaborative development workflow.
  • Focus on security, scalability, and operational reliability.
  • Willingness and readiness to travel as required by project or client needs is expected. This may include occasional domestic or international travel, sometimes on short notice.
