Role Description This course will explore autism from historical, cultural, political, and developmental lenses. It will support graduate students in thinking deeply and from multiple perspectives about the evolution of our understandings about and interventions with the broad range of characteristics of learning and development attributed to autistic people. This course considers the significance of home and/or school as the primary sources of educational intervention and direct services for autistic children. Participants will consider the importance of providing young autistic children with an educational program that is responsive to each child's unique pattern of strengths and areas of growth, and will learn ways to partner in this work with a diverse range of families. Participants will explore the use of assistive technology as a tool for supporting student learning, communication, and independence. Responsibilities - Develop and deliver course content and materials aligned with the program curriculum. - Grade and evaluate student performance in a timely manner, providing constructive feedback. - Maintain open communication with students, including scheduled office hours or availability for consultation. - Submit final grades and required course documentation (e.g., attendance records) by institutional deadlines. - Collaborate with program faculty on course coordination and attend relevant program meetings, if necessary. Qualifications - Master’s degree in psychology, education, or related field required. Doctorate preferred. - 5 or more years of teaching experience working in the field with young autistic children. - Experience teaching at the graduate level, preferred. - Experience teaching online, preferred. • Writing both long and short form copy across a variety of formats including: web, social media, email, printed brochures, blogs, video scripts, white papers, sales collateral, case studies, and more • Translating complex topics into clear, compelling content and campaigns • Collaborating with art directors to develop multi-channel creative concepts and collateral that drive real business impact for our clients • Participating in client meetings to understand brand voice, goals, and audience needs

• To deliver relevant technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars. • To craft detailed design and implementation specifications for sophisticated products/applications/solutions. • To assist in the closure of sales opportunities by demonstrating a complete understanding of and resolving questions regarding our solution, services, and training. • To support the qualification of prospects, proposed demonstration criteria, proof of concept system builds and sales cycle closure plans. • To partner and with and achieve sales, marketing, technical and channel objectives. • To assist sales in the response to RFxs. • To participate in discovery sessions alongside sales to ask qualifying questions and understand struggles, current business processes, and ideal future state. • To apply in-depth ERP-product knowledge to provide technical expertise to sales staff and the customer through sales presentations and product demonstrations. • To Incorporate Workday AI capabilities into Student Information System demos and illustrate measurable impact on student success and operational efficiency. • To be able to travel 50+% of the time.
