Key Responsibilities Driving Growth & Assortment Strategy: - Build and own seasonal assortments informed by sell-out data, insights, and brand direction. - Identify growth opportunities and proactively recommend new programs or assortment adjustments. - Lead and execute all sell-in meetings, including preparation and sample coordination. Business Management & In-Season Ownership: - Monitor sell-in and sell-through trends and drive in-season actions to maximize profitability. - Deliver accurate, insight-driven forecasts that support strong demand planning. - Track profitability, credit claims, and compliance issues, resolving challenges quickly and proactively. Relationship Leadership: - Build trusted, influential relationships with buyers and key internal partners. - Act as liaison across operations, merchandising, finance, and the account. Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Minimum of three years relevant experience; athletic industry preferred. Role Description The Senior Account Manager owns the strategic relationship with an assigned enterprise client (or clients) and is accountable for client retention, satisfaction, and year-over-year growth of IES's contingent workforce. This role combines hands-on program stewardship with executive-level relationship management, business reviews, and identification of new business opportunities.
