Role Description If you are a candidate, we’re very keen to tell you more about this position. Please continue reading! If you are an agency, Head Hunter or similar 3rd party, please scroll all the way down so you won’t miss our most important message to you. Ready to Steer the Winds of Change? Are you a steady hand in service operations, someone who leads with clarity, adapts with purpose, and knows how to keep teams performing, even when the weather shifts? At Full Circle Wind Services, we’re looking for a Service Manager who can do more than keep things running: we’re looking for someone who can help us evolve. As we expand into our multibrand future, you’ll take on a central role, balancing day-to-day delivery with strategic input, guiding technicians in the field, supporting customers when it counts, and collaborating with senior management. You’ll be the link that keeps it all moving in the right direction. What You’ll Be Taking The Lead On - Team Leadership and Development: Coach, guide, and energise a team of technicians and team leaders. Whether it’s performance discussions or daily stand-ups, you’ll be the person who keeps people grounded, focused, and growing. - Operational Excellence: Oversee service and maintenance activities across your region. From planned servicing to quick-response troubleshooting, you’ll ensure that everything runs safely, smoothly, and efficiently. - Customer Relationships with Staying Power: Be the go-to for clients—especially when complexity arises. You’ll build strong, trusted partnerships and ensure we deliver on our promises, even when the wind picks up. - Performance Through Insight: Monitor KPIs, analyse trends, and use the data to fine-tune your operations. You’ll spot what’s working, what’s not, and make proactive improvements before problems take root. - Budget and Resource Management: Keep a close eye on your scope’s financial health. Allocate resources wisely, maintain control of costs, and make sure value and quality go hand in hand. - Safety and Compliance: Embed a safety-first mindset in everything the team does. You’ll ensure work is carried out in line with HSE standards and that everyone goes home safe, every day. - Championing Change: As our services expand across multiple brands, you’ll play a key part in making change happen. You’ll help others adapt, keep focus during transformation, and ensure our strategy lands at site level. Qualifications - Solid leadership experience in technical or service operations - Proven ability to manage teams, resolve issues, and drive performance - Experience in the wind industry is a big advantage, but not essential - Confident working with KPIs, budgets, and operational tools - Strong communication skills and a calm, constructive approach under pressure - A mindset focused on accountability, quality, and continuous improvement - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience - Driver’s license and flexibility to travel when needed Benefits - This is more than a maintenance role. You’ll be at the heart of a business in motion, contributing to our growth journey, supporting great people, and keeping operations aligned from turbine to top floor. - If you're looking for stability in the storm and the chance to lead from within, then your next step starts here. Company Description At Full Circle, we've been in the wind turbine game for over two decades, and now, we're ready to spread our wings and soar as an independent entity, supporting various wind turbine brands. Our journey into independence began in 2021, and every day, our team is fuelled by the excitement of growth and autonomy. - Our Mission: Offering Top-Notch Support, No Exceptions! - We're here to dish out top-tier maintenance support to everyone in need, regardless of the turbine brand or whether you've got one or a hundred turbines in your backyard. - Expect us to swoop in with agile, honest, and lightning-fast support. From routine maintenance to blade inspections, repairs, 24/7 remote monitoring, and even those must-do statutory inspections – we've got your back! - Our Secret Sauce: Expertise, Resources, and a Personal Touch! - We're renowned for our wizard-like expertise, abundant resources, and a friendly, personalised approach that ensures you squeeze every last whirl out of those turbines. - Our HQ: Where Magic Happens! - Our headquarters are nestled in the lively city of Amersfoort, Netherlands. But hey, our squad is scattered all across Europe, maintaining wind turbines across the globe. - Meet Our Funky, Spirited Team! We're not just a team; we're a bubbling cauldron of enthusiasm and youthfulness, growing alongside our company. That makes our work environment an absolute blast—overflowing with energy and collaboration! - We're open, direct, and as honest as a clear blue sky, reflecting the diverse world we live in!
