• Supervise and mentor 10-12 APPs (licensed PMHNPs) • Provide second opinion consultations and treatment for higher complexity cases • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and improve tools, workflows, and care models • Deliver outstanding psychiatric care, including psychotherapy when clinically indicated
Job Requirements
- Board-certified psychiatrist (MD or DO)
- Proven experience supervising and mentoring advanced practice providers (NPs, PAs, etc.)
- Familiarity with state-specific collaborative practice agreements and supervision regulations
- Must hold an active, unrestricted federal DEA registration
- Eligibility for, or currently participating in, the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) or an active license in specified states.
