As a transcriptionist, you will be responsible for transcribing multi-speaker recordings verbatim, with some projects requiring speech-recognition editing. The position requires a strong command of the English language, including grammar and punctuation. - Transcribe multi-speaker recordings accurately and efficiently. - Ensure verbatim transcription, capturing all speech, pauses, and background noises. - Edit transcriptions generated by speech recognition software, as required. - Adhere to project-specific guidelines and quality standards. - Meet project deadlines and turnaround times. - Collaborate with the project team and provide progress updates. - Maintain confidentiality and security of all project materials. • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of RWE and observational research studies across therapeutic areas • Contribute to maintaining project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using established project management tools and processes • Monitor scope, schedule, and budget; identify risks and dependencies and communicate potential mitigation approaches • Develop, review, and maintain study documentation, including protocols, data collection instruments, analysis plans, and progress reports • Ensure adherence to study protocols, data quality standards, and regulatory, client, and internal requirements • Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to support timely and high-quality project execution • Support client communications, including preparation of materials, status updates, and contributions to presentations • Contribute to the development of study reports, manuscripts, abstracts, and other dissemination materials • Participate in knowledge sharing and support team initiatives to build capability in emerging methods and tools

• Serve as Karyopharm’s scientific representative and facilitate balanced, compliant scientific exchange. • Gather medical insights regarding treatment patterns, competitive dynamics, biomarker testing, and unmet needs in endometrial cancer. • Support clinical trial awareness, investigator engagement, and site identification activities. • Partner with Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Commercial, Market Access, and HEOR teams to support launch readiness and evidence generation. • Participate in advisory boards, congresses, investigator meetings, and scientific forums. • Support investigator-sponsored research and scientific collaboration opportunities. • Mentor newer MSLs and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for trade compliance and export licensing activities • Prepare and submit export and import license applications through applicable U.S. government systems (e.g., Department of State and Department of Commerce platforms) • Ensure compliance with U.S. export control regulations, including frameworks such as ITAR and EAR • Classify components, products, and technical data in accordance with applicable export control classifications (e.g., ECCNs) • Partner with Procurement, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to identify and support both short-term and long-term export/import licensing requirements • Assist in the development and execution of export/import licensing strategies • Support internal compliance controls to ensure alignment with U.S. and international regulatory requirements • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to maintain ongoing compliance with export regulations • Maintain documentation and records related to licensing activities and regulatory compliance
