Advertising Manager

• Lead the development and execution of media strategies across multiple complex clients • Mentor and train media team members, providing guidance and support to help team members grow and develop their skills • Strong understanding of bid technology and implementation • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the full-funnel approach on Amazon and other marketplaces, sharing learnings and best practices with the broader team • Work with a cross-functional team, delegating effectively through strong partnership and intuition • Develop skills to communicate effectively with clients and partners in their own language, anticipating their needs and actions • Generate project ideas that benefit the broader team • Analyzing performance data to optimize campaigns continuously • Managing complex budgets and making strategic recommendations for the allocation of funds • Contribute to developing best practice POVs, trainings, SOPs, Case Studies, and other projects to improve the holistic media team • Ensuring successful campaign execution through cross-functional collaboration • Contribute to new business audits, pitches, and proposals

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Amazon or marketplace media (PPC) , ideally managing campaigns across the UK, Germany, and other European markets
  • Deep in-platform experience with Amazon Sponsored Ads or a similar PPC model is essential; familiarity with Amazon DSP is expected, with hands-on experience being a strong advantage
  • Proven ability to develop, own, and present media strategies, confidently sharing insights and recommendations with sophisticated, knowledgeable clients
  • Strong data analysis skills, able to independently spot trends, uncover opportunities, and turn insights into strategic recommendations
  • Experience with campaign bidding and management tools
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and chart building
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and support junior team members, contributing to their development and broader company thought leadership
  • Experience supporting new business pitches is advantageous
  • Fluency in European languages, in addition to English, would be an advantage, but is not essential

Role Description We’re looking for a Customer Insights Manager to join our Product Marketing team, reporting into Customer Marketing with close partnership across Launch, Enablement, Marketing Operations, and Business Intelligence. This individual-contributor role will help connect insights across launches, enablement, education, and customer engagement to better understand what drives adoption, retention, and customer success. It will play a key role in connecting and translating data into actionable insights that help teams better understand customer behavior, performance trends, and opportunities across the customer journey. The focus will be on building and operationalizing scalable reporting frameworks, surfacing trends across systems, and supporting data-informed prioritization and planning discussions across the organization. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, curious, and excited about turning complex datasets into actionable insights that influence how we launch products, educate customers, and optimize the customer journey. Qualifications - 3–5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, customer insights, marketing operations, revenue operations, or other data-driven marketing roles, preferably within SaaS, adtech, or martech environments. - Experience working with structured datasets and building dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Thoughtspot, Looker, SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, Salesforce, or similar analytics platforms. - Experience leveraging AI tools and modern analytical workflows to accelerate research, reporting, data exploration, and insight generation. - Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and communicate findings effectively to cross-functional stakeholders. - Proven ability to partner with Product Marketing, Customer Education, Marketing Operations, BI, Revenue Enablement, Customer Marketing, and other stakeholders to align on measurement frameworks, close data gaps, and turn insights into actionable recommendations. - Naturally curious and proactive in exploring data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement across the customer journey. - Experience with Highspot, HubSpot, webinar/training platforms, or customer success tools.
