Associate Clinical Director – Oncology
The Health Management Academy
• Building Strong Client Relationships by managing complex medical issues • Demonstrating Strong Clinical Acumen by offering high level clinical management and education • Work closely with clinical and research team members to identify latest therapies • Articulating needs for collaboration with external care providers • Networking with key opinion leaders to build relationships • Managing other clinical staff as it relates to a particular case or service line
Job Requirements
- Active NP or PA license in your home state
- A “Do what it takes to get the job done” attitude
- Five years of clinical experience managing complex medical issues in an oncology and/or hematology environment
- Exceptional client-facing skills including: Executive written & verbal communication, impeccable attention to detail and organization, and a highly professional demeanor under pressure.
- An insatiable clinical curiosity. You think creatively, solve complex problems, and work successfully with others.
- Technically savvy and feel comfortable navigating various tech platforms to efficiently document your work and communicate with your colleagues.
- Significant bonus points for oncology experienced mixed with another complex discipline.
