Cybersecurity Analyst – Red Team

• Work with the monitoring team and user support on information security matters; • Monitor security consoles; • Manage changes, risks and information security and privacy incidents; • Identify and address gaps; • Support and perform audits (internal and external); • Investigate alert events and implement security improvements in the IT environment; • Map, adapt and improve processes to drive continuous improvement; • Develop and review procedures, standards and policies; • Implement and promote industry best practices related to information security and cybersecurity; • Foster an information security culture through training, workshops and capacity building; • Support and assist company departments, promoting integration across teams and business units; • Coordinate the team's communications group; • Activate support teams when needed.

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of security frameworks, methodologies and references such as MITRE ATT&CK, OWASP, PTES, NIST, CIS Controls, ISO 27001 and ISO 27002;
  • Experience in attack surface mapping, vulnerability management and validation of security risks;
  • Execution of penetration tests on IT infrastructure, web applications, APIs and internal and external environments;
  • Knowledge of phishing campaigns, social engineering, attack simulations and advanced threat scenarios;
  • Experience in processes for identifying, analyzing and supporting the remediation of security incidents;
  • Familiarity with EDR, SIEM, PAM, CASB, Mail Protection, WAF and Vulnerability Management tools;
  • Knowledge of Windows, Linux, networking, containers, Active Directory, firewalls, VPNs, WAF, NAC and network segmentation;
  • Ability to analyze risks, propose improvements and communicate technical findings clearly and concisely;
  • Interest in automation, Artificial Intelligence and continuous improvement of security routines;
  • Flexibility, adaptability, an innovative mindset, technical curiosity and a collaborative approach;
  • University degree completed or in progress in technology or information security fields;
  • Certifications in offensive cybersecurity such as DCPT, OSCP, OSEP, OSEE, OSWE, OSWA, CRTO.

Ensures all cyber security monitoring systems are online and fully operational as well as ensuring compliance with all security policies and standards. Participates in the creation and maintenance of playbooks and incident response procedures. May answer inquiries or facilitate training on security threats for other associates in the work group. - Reporting: Produces reports that document investigation and security incidents as well as the results of analysis.
