• Design and own the multi-year referral growth roadmap across all partnership verticals. Establish a shared volume framework that connects FQHC referrals, food ecosystem partnerships, and community enrollment into a unified measurement system. Identify which channels represent the highest-leverage bets by market and by population, and allocate resources accordingly. • Personally lead the identification and structuring of new partnerships with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), Community Health Centers (CHCs), pharma organizations, hospital systems, FindHelp, UniteUs, and other SDOH-adjacent platforms. These are complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations requiring fluency in clinical workflows, procurement processes, and population health goals. • Serve as a visionary leader and mentor to a high-performing team. Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous professional development, while thoughtfully expanding team capacity to meet future growth demands. • Provide executive oversight for Foodsmart's food vendor partnerships and marketplace strategy, including national retailer relationships (Walmart, Amazon, Instacart) as well as community-level food bank and SDOH organizations. Work with the Sr. Director of Food Partnerships to build a differentiated marketplace value proposition that deepens member engagement and drives referral volume. • Oversee the Director of Community Engagement and a field team responsible for awareness campaigns and enrollment drives in high-density markets. This vertical requires both operational accountability and strategic direction — ensuring community-level activation is tied to measurable enrollment outcomes rather than solely awareness metrics. • Develop and manage relationships with distribution and channel partners — including supplemental benefit platforms (Soda Health, Nations Benefits), benefit management platforms (Lynx), and others — that create access to new member populations at scale. This requires an understanding of how benefit platforms price, structure, and distribute services. • Build the operational infrastructure for this team: a shared CRM-based pipeline, segment-level performance tracking, a partner health scorecard, and a forecasting methodology that can be trusted by leadership. The VP will bring rigor and accountability to this function. • Work closely with the CGO, Chief Clinical Officer, product, and payer/provider sales teams to ensure partnership structures are consistent with clinical quality standards, network requirements, and member experience expectations. Referral volume only creates value if it converts to engaged, retained members.

Role Description Ares Interactive is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Senior Manager, User Acquisition to help us scale fun, innovative games. This role will report to the SVP of Performance Marketing on the Performance Marketing team. In this role, you will own the day-to-day management and optimization of paid UA campaigns across major performance channels including AppLovin, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Moloco, and Rewarded channels - combining strong analytical instincts with deep campaign-level expertise to scale acquisition and maximize ROI. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role. - Own day-to-day campaign management across paid UA channels: bids, budgets, targeting, pacing, placements and creative rotation; with a high degree of analytical rigor and attention to detail. - Monitor campaign performance continuously and proactively identify optimization opportunities at the campaign, ad set and placement levels. - Manage UA budgets across channels, allocating spend dynamically based on ROAS performance, LTV signals, and portfolio-level targets. - Collaborate closely with Analytics to define event optimization strategies, build measurement frameworks, and identify performance signals that drive smarter bidding and targeting decisions. - Collaborate with Creative Services on asset testing, IPM and funnel analysis, and channel-specific creative strategy. - Own partner relationships across UA networks. Conduct regular rep calls, document meeting notes, and stay current on platform innovations and new inventory opportunities. - Build and maintain network SOPs, optimization logs, and campaign documentation so the team operates with full visibility and continuity. - Contribute to automated UA reporting and optimization systems - including identifying data gaps, improving the quality of inputs fed into workflows, and helping define and stand up recurring analysis and reporting tasks. - Produce weekly performance reports with clear narrative analysis - telling the story behind the numbers, not just reporting them. - Support media planning for new title launches and soft launches, including campaign buildout, partner onboarding, and pre-launch setup. Qualifications - 4 - 7 years of hands-on mobile UA experience with direct campaign management across at least 2–3 major performance channels. - Strong analytical instincts - comfortable going deep on campaign-level data, funnel metrics, cohort analysis, and ROAS modeling. - Proven ability to manage and optimize multi-channel UA budgets with a focus on performance and efficiency. - Hands-on experience with creative testing and optimization, including collaboration with internal or external creative teams. - Deep understanding of UA metrics - CPI, ROAS, LTV, retention, ARPU - and how to diagnose and influence them at the campaign level. - Experience with MMPs and attribution methodologies. - Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for budget management and performance analysis; experience with Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools a plus. - Genuine interest in automation - ideally already experimenting with automated workflow and excited to build systems, not just solve one-off problems. - Detail-oriented and proactive - you identify issues before being asked, communicate status without prompting, and follow through on commitments. - Collaborative and communicative - you work well across analytics, creative, and external partners, and keep the team informed. - Startup mindset - comfortable with ambiguity, moves fast, builds frameworks and documentation rather than relying on tribal knowledge. Requirements - Experience launching new titles from soft launch through worldwide launch. - Experience building or contributing to automation workflows. - Experience with rewarded and offerwall channels (Tapjoy, Almedia, Adjoe, Misplay, Prodege). - Experience with ASO or ad monetization. - Passion for games. Benefits - Flexible time off policy with unlimited PTO. - Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage. - 401K/RRSP. - Remote-friendly with support for home office set up. - Company Holidays including office closure between Christmas and New Year. - Collaborative, data-driven, and fun culture where your work makes an impact.
