Pebl
• Develop and maintain account plans to manage a territory's activity and development. • Create and guide your pipeline through strategic outbound activities. Identify new accounts, build internal champions and close deals with important decision makers. • Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets. • Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue numbers for assigned territory to manage sales growth. • Develop a high level of knowledge about Pebl's products and services, marketplace served, competitive landscape, and other business issues relevant to the position.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in quota-carrying sales or account management roles focused on commercial and enterprise customers.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-threaded sales cycles and consistently exceed revenue targets.
- Skilled in leading consultative sales conversations that uncover business priorities, diagnose customer challenges, and position solutions against measurable business outcomes.
- Comfortable building relationships with and presenting to executive stakeholders, including CFOs, CHROs, and senior business leaders.
- Strong problem diagnostician who can identify root business issues, connect customer pain points to strategic opportunities, and shape solutions that deliver long-term value.
- Exceptional communicator with the ability to simplify complexity, craft compelling business narratives, and align internal and external stakeholders around a shared vision and desired outcomes.
- Able to drive momentum across complex opportunities by leading cross-functional alignment, managing competing priorities, and maintaining a clear and consistent narrative throughout the sales process.
- Experience in global employment, Employer of Record (EOR), HR technology, workforce solutions, or related industries preferred.
- Self-motivated, highly accountable, and energized by operating in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Role Description - Lead and coordinate the work of two operational teams within the partnerships function, ensuring clear ownership, accountability, execution quality, and continuous process improvement. - Drive the onboarding of PSP companies onto processing channels brought in by the business development team - from first contact through to live transactions. - Build, maintain, and scale integrations with new and existing partners, ensuring smooth technical and commercial setup processes. - Own and oversee a portfolio of merchant accounts across multiple partner channels - monitor performance, identify risks, and drive resolution. - Maintain and continuously improve the partner risk register, proactively managing compliance, IPS, acquirer, and operational risks. - Oversee merchant account infrastructure, including volume limits, transactional activity, statuses, and operational history. - Review, negotiate, and optimize commercial terms including processing rates, settlements, rolling reserves, and deposits. - Manage incoming partner-related requests across compliance, IPS, operational, and acquirer matters - ensuring timely coordination and resolution. - Resolve settlement delays, operational escalations, and debt-related issues directly with partners. - Identify opportunities to scale partner capacity, improve operational efficiency, and optimize existing payment solutions. - Collaborate closely with Business Development, Routing, Compliance, Finance, and Operations teams to support sustainable partner growth and operational stability. - Contribute to the development and standardization of internal partnership processes, reporting, and operational controls.
