• Lead requirements gathering with internal teams, clients, and vendor partners • Create detailed documentation including user stories, functional specs, file specs, and process flows • Support client onboarding and assist with integration requirements and workflow coordination • Develop current- and future-state workflow documentation and process maps • Facilitate implementation readiness activities, including dependency alignment and risk identification • Participate in planning through go-live, supporting UAT, and project documentation • Validate solutions using defined acceptance criteria; conduct basic data validation using Excel/SQL
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field preferred, or any equivalent combination of education and or experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of analysis/analytical work experience in healthcare industry, preferably with health plans
- Evidence of proficient analytical and communication skills; ability to lead mid-level analysis work
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps or Jira for user story and requirements management
- Working knowledge of Excel and SQL for data analysis
- Understanding of system integrations, workflow automation, and implementation processes
