Program Manager – Fuels Engineering Programs

Role Description APTIM Federal Services, LLC is looking for an experienced Program Manager with design experience in AE projects for DoD aviation and ground products fueling facilities. Applicants should have design experience related to US DoD guidelines, including Unified Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS) and Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC). Relevant fueling projects should involve mechanical, process, civil, structural, and electrical engineering disciplines. We value team members with strong planning, organizational, and communication skills. - The program manager oversees tasks under our AFCEC and NAVFAC fuels design contracts and serves as the main contact for all contractual matters. - Manages a group of related projects having high risk and complexity in a coordinated way to obtain benefits and control not available from managing the projects separately. - Manages project managers and coordinates efforts between projects. - Manages client relationships and works with the Business Line Manager to develop new business. - Provides vision and leadership for development of overall program. - Analyzes contractual and financial performance and directs activities to improve performance. - Prepares high level plans and policies providing guidance to projects for developing detailed plans. - Provides leadership and mentorship for the development of fuels-focused engineering personnel. Qualifications - A minimum of 15 years of experience in DOD fueling system project engineering and management. - A bachelor’s degree from an accredited school in an engineering related technical field such as architect and engineering (civil, structural, electrical, or mechanical). - Demonstrate a broad technical knowledge of detail design engineering and construction processes. - Knowledge of applicable industry and standards and codes (i.e. API, NFPA, UFC, etc). - API 653 Certification is preferred. - API 570 Certification is preferred. Role Description The Remote Medication Use Lead supports operational coordination and daily workflow oversight for medication assistance and patient support programs.
