Operations Director
Elevate and Delegate
• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple self-storage and real estate assets • Coordinate with property managers, vendors, contractors, and internal team members • Ensure operational tasks, maintenance items, and tenant/customer issues are resolved quickly • Build and improve operational systems, SOPs, and reporting processes • Track property performance metrics, occupancy, delinquency, customer issues, and operational KPIs • Manage task execution across departments and hold team members accountable to deadlines • Assist leadership with operational reporting, project coordination, and strategic initiatives • Support acquisition onboarding and operational integration of new properties • Maintain organized systems for documentation, vendors, contracts, and operational workflows • Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively solve problems before escalation
Job Requirements
- Experience in operations management, property management, project management, or business operations
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Experience managing remote teams or vendors
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- High ownership mentality and strong follow-through
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
- Proficiency with project management and communication tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.)
- Ability to work full-time during Oklahoma business hours (9am–5pm CT)
- Strong Plus**
- Experience in self-storage, real estate, property management, or hospitality operations
- Experience supporting multiple properties or locations simultaneously
- Familiarity with operational reporting and KPI tracking
- Process-building and SOP documentation experience
- Experience working with US-based companies remotely
- Spanish fluency (for Mexico-based candidates)

Role Description A Loan Processor, or Mortgage Processor role acts as a liaison and support staff between the Loan Officer, Loan Originator and Underwriter. Qualifications - Judgement and Decision Making – Detect and report suspicious activity in order to prevent fraudulent claims and comply with federal law. - Communication Skills – Provide clear, verbal and written documentation to customers and teammates in order to provide a full and complete file to Underwriting. - Time Management – Manage loan pipeline to ensure that deadlines are met on or before due date in order to keep the pipeline flowing properly. - Mathematical Skills - Ability to do equations and arithmetic at a middle school grade level in order to avoid costly economic errors on behalf of Embrace Home Loans. - Microsoft Office Suite – Proficiency navigating and using Outlook, Word and Excel in order to attend virtual meetings, create appointments with clients and record or manipulate customer data.
