Role Description As a member of the Engineering People Partner team, you’ll be a key partner in helping the largest function at Figma mature and thrive during a dynamic and high growth phase. In this role, you’ll serve as the dedicated People Partner to Figma’s Product Engineering and Data organizations, working closely with the VP, Engineering and VP, Data and their respective leadership teams. You’ll help these organizations scale effectively by: - Strengthening leadership capability - Shaping organizational design - Aligning talent strategy to the product strategy You’ll also collaborate closely with PDE People Partners and other cross-functional partners across the People Team to drive high-impact initiatives that support the holistic Engineering and PDE organizational goals. This role offers the opportunity to shape how leadership, performance culture, and talent strategy evolve as Figma’s Product Engineering and Data organizations continue to grow and mature. This is a full-time role that can be based in one of our US hubs or remotely within the United States.
