Virtual Physician Collaborator

Role Description As a Virtual Physician Collaborator, you will align with our mission to enhance patient care. In this role, you will partner with our Nurse Practitioners to bridge gaps in care. This role is fully remote and requires approximately five hours per month. You will report directly to the Associate Director. - You will complete regular chart review and coordinate monthly meetings. - You will be available as a resource for the advanced practice provider to ensure quality patient care. - You will collaborate with clinical leaders about quality of care, review of outcome data, procedure, and records issues. Qualifications - Current and unrestricted medical license in the state of Texas. - Graduate of accredited MD or DO program of accredited university. - Board certification or Board Eligible. - 2+ years of telehealth experience. - 2+ years of experience as a collaborating physician. Requirements - Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.
