Role Description We are looking for a Customer Support Representative (Weekend On-Call) to join our Guest Relations team and support guests during weekends and outside standard business hours. The role focuses on handling urgent guest matters, coordinating solutions, and ensuring a smooth guest experience. This is a fully remote role, ideal for someone who is calm under pressure, solution-oriented, and customer-focused. - Handle guest inquiries, requests, complaints, and urgent matters professionally and efficiently - Act as the main point of contact during weekend on-call shifts - Coordinate with internal teams and external partners when needed - Escalate complex or critical cases appropriately - Maintain accurate updates and records in internal systems - Follow company procedures and service standards - Prioritize cases effectively based on urgency and impact Qualifications - Excellent communication skills in Greek and English (written and verbal) - Strong customer service and interpersonal skills - Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure - Good organizational and multitasking abilities - Ability to work independently and make decisions when needed - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment - Basic computer proficiency Requirements - Previous experience in customer support, hospitality, or guest relations - Additional languages are a plus - Remote work flexibility - Opportunity to grow within a fast-paced hospitality environment

Role Description We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to support our LATAM clients and customers. This role is ideal for someone based in Latin America who understands the needs, expectations, and behaviors of local customers across the region. Our Customer Service team plays a critical role in delivering an excellent client experience by supporting customers across multiple channels, resolving issues efficiently, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and the overall client journey.
