Role Description We are looking for a Customer Support Representative (Weekend On-Call) to join our Guest Relations team and support guests during weekends and outside standard business hours. The role focuses on handling urgent guest matters, coordinating solutions, and ensuring a smooth guest experience. This is a fully remote role, ideal for someone who is calm under pressure, solution-oriented, and customer-focused. - Handle guest inquiries, requests, complaints, and urgent matters professionally and efficiently - Act as the main point of contact during weekend on-call shifts - Coordinate with internal teams and external partners when needed - Escalate complex or critical cases appropriately - Maintain accurate updates and records in internal systems - Follow company procedures and service standards - Prioritize cases effectively based on urgency and impact Qualifications - Excellent communication skills in Greek and English (written and verbal) - Strong customer service and interpersonal skills - Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure - Good organizational and multitasking abilities - Ability to work independently and make decisions when needed - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment - Basic computer proficiency Requirements - Previous experience in customer support, hospitality, or guest relations - Additional languages are a plus - Remote work flexibility - Opportunity to grow within a fast-paced hospitality environment
