• Be the first point of contact and support customers from online order through verification • Coordinate closely with colleagues from other departments to research the current status of orders and ensure smooth delivery of our vehicles • Maintain an overview of pending tasks at all times and help set team priorities • Help ensure customers receive their new car as quickly as possible — delivered straight to their door by our unique Glass Truck!

Job Requirements

  • You have initial experience in private customer support, enjoy phone and chat communication, and are passionate about customer service
  • You have excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities
  • You are a team player with a hands-on mentality and a quick grasp of new information
  • Fluency in German, both spoken and written — English skills are a plus — and confident use of Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.)
  • Proficiency in touch typing (10-finger system) and several years of experience working from home are an advantage
