Role Description We are looking for a Product Manager – Web Personalization to join the Bloomreach Engagement product team. In this role, you will own the Web Personalization area of Engagement – everything that powers how our customers personalize experiences on their websites and web apps: - Weblayers - On-site personalization blocks - Web experiments - The orchestration of these experiences alongside email, SMS, and mobile channels Working in one of our Central European offices or from home on a full-time basis , you’ll become a core part of the Engagement product team. You will: - Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for Web Personalization. - Partner closely with design, engineering, and GTM teams to build capabilities that: - Make web personalization simple and powerful for marketers. - Integrate deeply with our core data & decisioning capabilities. - Differentiate Bloomreach vs. competitors in web & app personalization. - Lead the transformation of this area into the era of AI, Agents, and LLMs. Qualifications - 3–5+ years of hands-on experience working with web personalization, experimentation, customer engagement, or related digital experience tools in a practitioner role. - Strong practical background in at least one of: - Web personalization / experimentation platforms - Marketing automation / CDP products with strong web capabilities - Web experience / CMS / front-end tools (e.g. A/B testing tools, on-site personalization, web SDKs) - Experience using Bloomreach Engagement is strongly preferred; experience with similar platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization, Dynamic Yield, Monetate, or comparable tools is also valuable. - Experience as a product manager is a plus, but not a requirement. - Mobile app personalization experience is a plus. - Demonstrated ability to translate real customer and implementation needs into clear product, use case, or solution requirements. Requirements - Customer-centric problem solver: You can turn messy feedback into crisp problem statements. You are comfortable saying “no” and explaining trade-offs. - Strong product discovery skills: Comfortable running interviews, validating hypotheses, and working with UX/research. - Technical fluency: Able to discuss architecture and constraints of web SDKs, tag managers, APIs, and front-end rendering with engineers. Can work with tracking concepts (events, attributes, experiments) and understand their implications. - Data-driven decision making: Proficient with product analytics and experimentation. Comfortable defining and tracking metrics (adoption, activation, performance, impact). - Excellent communication & collaboration: Clear written and verbal communication in English. Able to align multiple stakeholders across Product, Engineering, CS, and GTM. - Execution and ownership: You can drive complex projects to completion, even with ambiguity and competing priorities.
