Personal Qualities - People-first leader who measures success through the team's success. - High-trust, high-candor with direct feedback. - Strong technical voice without ego. - Bias to action with high ownership. - Strategic thinker balancing short-term and long-term goals. - Calm in ambiguity, creating clarity for the team. - Self-aware and coachable, seeking feedback on management. - Embraces the ethos of "We, not I." Benefits - Early Stage Equity Package – meaningful early-stage equity in a high-growth company. - Impact – significant impact on customers and the industry. - Care – strong belief in caring for each other and supporting one another. - Leading benefits – investing deeply in health and wellbeing with leading startup benefits. - World-Class Backers – backed by Bison Ventures, Innovation Endeavors, and the Allen Institute for AI.
