Mid/Senior Sales Representative, Hematology

• Develop, promote and disseminate Hematology products to healthcare professionals by executing marketing strategies and messages aligned with the needs of the market in which you operate • Continuously map the dynamics of the main accounts in the Territory (private hospitals, public hospitals, budgeted/contracted institutions and clinics) • Ability to analyze the company’s key performance indicators against the objectives established for the Territory using monthly and weekly reports, in order to create and implement a Tactical Plan to achieve sales targets through maintaining and growing current sales • Additionally, propose complementary actions to the Tactical Plan in response to possible changes in the scenario • Plan visit schedules through weekly or monthly appointments focused on the Territory’s key physicians defined by the company’s potential classification, ensuring greater effectiveness in covering your plan • Update physician records, ensuring that high-potential healthcare professionals are included • Develop and maintain a high level of technical-scientific knowledge of the product and its indications, as well as of the business and market in which you will operate • Stay up to date on new competitors, publications and updates of studies and scientific articles, and new therapeutic practices among your clients; be able to identify trends and adapt them to the reality/needs of your business • Plan and execute promotional events to increase the technical-scientific knowledge of the physicians in your panel regarding the product’s key data • Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders (Key Opinion Leaders) to ensure excellence in your work and to be seen as the institutional reference for the region.
