Procurement Analyst

• Develop and execute purchasing strategies across indirect spend categories • Identify, evaluate, qualify, and manage suppliers and vendors • Lead contract negotiations, including pricing, terms, and service levels • Partner closely with internal stakeholders to define requirements and align on sourcing strategies • Track, analyze, and report procurement metrics to reduce costs and improve efficiency • Perform cost analysis, scenario modeling, and benchmarking to support decision-making • Monitor market trends and forecast pricing or supply risks • Assess, manage, and mitigate supplier and operational risks • Determine optimal order quantities and delivery timelines • Drive continuous improvement across procurement processes and practices

Job Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in collaborative team environments
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform decisions
  • Solid understanding of procurement processes, policies, and systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, finance, accounting, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 3–5 years of experience in procurement, buying, finance, or accounting roles (e.g., Buyer, Purchasing Officer, Category Owner)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Negotiation experience and confident decision-making skills
  • Professional certifications such as CPSM, PMP, or similar
