MAKE AN IMPACT Requirements:Job Title: Role Overview: The Pricing/Commercial Analyst will support the firm’s commercial and sales teams by managing client rate cards, supporting deal pricing, and providing market benchmarking insights to ensure competitive and profitable engagements. This role will be responsible for maintaining pricing repositories, developing new rate cards, supporting RFP pricing, and providing support to regional commercial director with pricing ad hoc deals by leveraging standard pricing template. This role required a professional with strong expertise in pricing, deal structuring, benchmarking of rate cards and commercial risk management, who can collaborate cross-functionally to deliver value to clients while safeguarding Capco’s interests. Responsibilities: - Pricing Strategy & Analytics: - Support the development of pricing models and perform financial analysis for commercial proposals. - Conduct competitive pricing analysis and benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness. - Collaborate with regional Commercial Directors and Sales teams to support pricing for new opportunities and proposals. - Collaborate with Sales, finance, tax, legal, and delivery teams to craft compelling commercial proposals and value propositions that address client needs and budget expectations. - Assist in preparing pricing input for proposals, bids, and commercial negotiations. - Ensure pricing aligns with profitability targets and compliance requirements. - Rate Card Development & Management: - Manage and govern all client and regional rate cards, ensuring accurate documentation, version control, and proactive tracking of validity, renewals, and commercial changes. - Develop and support pricing structures by creating new rate cards, responding to ad‑hoc regional requests, providing inputs for large RFPs, and contributing to standardized global rate card frameworks. - Stakeholder Management - Work closely with senior leadership to provide insights on pricing trends and recommendations. - Provide pricing analysis and insights to support commercial negotiations. - Governance & Compliance: - Ensure adherence to internal pricing policies and approval processes. - Maintain documentation and audit trails for pricing decisions. - Knowledge Management: - Maintain and update the commercial knowledge management repository containing pricing models, proposals, and supporting materials. Experience: 2+ Years of experience in IT services or related field with a track record in pricing or rate card management. Education Qualifications: - Mandatory: CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) - Additional certifications in pricing or financial analysis will be an advantage. Required Skills: - Strong understanding of IT industry pricing structure and business models. - Expertise in financial modelling, cost analysis, and profitability assessment. - Advanced Excel proficiency – mastery of MS Excel for financial modelling and analysis of complex deal scenarios. - Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills. - Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Role Description The Senior International Pricing Analyst is a senior individual contributor responsible for pricing complex international air and ocean freight bids. The role partners directly with US sales leadership on bid strategy and with Operations Managers to keep P&L goals in balance – supporting aggressive growth without compromising business sustainability. It leads major RFQs, indexed-rate bids, and project cargo opportunities, and brings a creative, solutions-oriented approach to how SCS wins and delivers freight. The selected candidate can operate from our offices in Grand Rapids, MI, Chicago, IL, or Mt. Ephraim, NJ. Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead pricing on major RFQs, indexed-rate bids, and project cargo opportunities, including scenario models and competitive comparisons. - Partner with US sales leadership on bid strategy and solutions-style strategic selling; participate in customer-facing pricing discussions when appropriate. - Partner with Operations Managers to ensure P&L goals are met – balancing commercial competitiveness with sustainable margin and executability. - Design creative freight solutions, including consolidation planning and multi-modal structures that differentiate SCS from rate-only competitors. - Review incoming requests for operational, geographic, and commercial completeness; confirm intent with stakeholders before pricing. - Translate carrier, capacity, and rate market trends into recommendations leadership can act on. - Maintain follow-up discipline on quotes, including pursuit of targets and feedback from sales and agents. - Contribute to rate libraries, dashboards, automations, and pricing templates as the function rebuilds its tooling. Qualifications - Several years of direct, hands-on experience pricing international air and ocean freight, including ownership of RFQs or bids. - Strong domestic carrier experience, particularly LTL airport pickup and delivery – an area where SCS is actively building capability. - Working knowledge of US air and ocean freight markets, including major gateways (JFK, ORD, MIA, LAX, DFW, and others), intermodal considerations, surcharge mechanics, and operational constraints that shape pricing. - Creative, artistic approach to solutions design – able to structure wins that standard rate sheets can't. - Strong technology orientation, including advanced Excel (pivots, lookups, scenario modeling), Power BI, and practical use of AI tools to accelerate analysis and communication. - Strong written and verbal communication; able to explain a pricing decision concisely to senior leaders, sales, and carrier partners. - Self-directed; manages competing deadlines independently. - Bachelor's degree welcomed; equivalent professional experience fully considered. • Manage the compilation of the client pricing solution per the requirements of the RFP/pursuit response • Work with the Sales team, Solutions team and SME’s across JLL to develop the pricing response to new business, renewal and expansion opportunities • Collaborate with and integrate pricing inputs from Service Lines and Platform Services SME’s, Account Management representatives and pursuit team into a final pricing solution • Integrate pricing inputs from global regions into the final pricing solution • Work with Workplace Management service line SME’s and pursuit team to develop Workplace Management service delivery and platform costs, and to document value propositions • Compile relevant benchmarking data to support pricing assumptions for Workplace Management • Work within the pricing tools to develop the profitability model representing all service line and global regional pricing for the purposes of fee modeling and deal approval • Participate in client sessions with the goal of validating data for solution development and gaining clarity in RFP response as needed • Work with the Solution Manager and Sales Team on the deliverables that will be key for RFP response and business planning: Profitability Measurement and Fee Modeling • Complete and accurate Pricing Template • Benchmarking, Analysis & Assumptions to support the pricing • Pricing related Exhibits and Schedules for the RFP process, through and including negotiations and contracting • Assist during transition in educating the account team on pricing assumptions and model to enable them to deliver on the deal
