• Partner Acquisition & Growth: Identify, recruit, and onboard high-tier SEO affiliates and media buying teams. • Strategic Negotiations: Structure and close competitive CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deals that align with company ROI targets. • Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term partnerships with existing affiliates, ensuring they have the tools and incentives to scale. • Performance Optimization: Analyze traffic data to maximize ROI, ensuring high-quality player acquisition and long-term value. • Quality Control: Proactively monitor traffic quality, ensuring strict compliance with brand guidelines and anti-fraud protocols. • Ecosystem Integration: Work closely with BI, CRM, and Product teams to improve conversion funnels and player retention. • GEO Expansion: Rapidly scale SEO traffic across key target regions, including DACH, CA, IT, SG, MY, PH, TR, Morocco, and the UK.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of "boots-on-the-ground" experience in iGaming affiliate marketing.
  • The Network: You must bring an existing, active network of SEO affiliates and webmasters.
  • GEO Expertise: Proven success in navigating diverse markets, from the strict regulations of the UK/Italy to the high-growth landscapes of Southeast Asia (SG, MY, PH) and LATAM/MENA.
  • Analytical Rigor: Deep understanding of SEO metrics and the ability to use tracking platforms/analytics tools to evaluate traffic health.
  • Deal Making: Expert-level negotiation skills with a focus on win-win partnership structures.
  • Languages: English at an Upper-Intermediate (B2+) level or higher.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable in a high-pressure, performance-driven environment where speed and precision are key.
