Regional Officer/Manager

• Oversee the end-to-end student lifecycle—from application processing to final conversion—across all channel partner offices in the assigned region. • Drive and achieve region-specific student conversion targets. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with channel partners. • Negotiate commercial and operational terms, ensuring mutual alignment and sustainable growth. • Provide comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training to partner teams. • Maintain active engagement with partners through regular communication, reviews, and field visits. • Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand regional reach and student volumes. • Gain complete understanding of KC Overseas’ business model, systems, and SOPs. • Ensure all partner offices strictly adhere to defined processes, documentation standards, and ethical practices. • Act as the escalation point for resolving partner-level operational or quality issues. • Guide and train agents to improve the quality and volume of student applications. • Conduct regular knowledge-sharing and process-training sessions for partner teams. • Liaise with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across Business Units to ensure partners are equipped with up-to-date country, university, and process knowledge. • Work closely with Head Office teams to: • Identify region-specific challenges and support requirements • Ensure timely operational, academic, and marketing support to partners • Act as the voice of the region in HO discussions and planning. • Plan and execute regional marketing initiatives in collaboration with the HO marketing team. • Provide on-ground support for events, seminars, fairs, and partner-led marketing activities. • Customize marketing strategies to align with regional market dynamics and partner needs. • Travel extensively across the assigned region, covering key cities and towns, to ensure business growth, partner engagement, and operational consistency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business) is preferred.
  • Total experience of 4–7 years, with a minimum of 2+ years in the International Education sector.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders.
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply domain knowledge.
  • Fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solver, capable of navigating complex situations to deliver positive outcomes for students and partners.
