We're in search of someone who embodies curiosity, independence, and self-motivation, flourishing in an entrepreneurial setting. This position offers remote work flexibility. What You’ll Do: Shape Customer-Centric Strategy : Build executive-level relationships with key customers to deeply understand their evolving business objectives and industry trends, ensuring ClearDATA's solutions proactively address their long-term needs. Drive Strategic Revenue Growth : Define and execute comprehensive account expansion strategies, leveraging cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value and drive sustainable revenue growth. Align Solutions with Enterprise Business Outcomes : Guide customers in aligning ClearDATA’s solution set with their broader business transformation goals, regulatory requirements, and IT modernization strategies. Standardize Best-in-Class Qualification Frameworks : Implement and refine structured qualification methodologies like MEDDPICC to drive consistency, improve sales efficiency, and enhance deal predictability. Optimize Contract & Deal Structuring : Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, legal, and the deal desk to streamline contract negotiations, ensure compliance, and maximize deal profitability. Lead Market & Competitive Intelligence : Synthesize market insights, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform go-to-market strategies, product roadmap recommendations, and sales execution improvements. Expand Market Presence & Business Development : Identify and cultivate high-value opportunities within the territory, leveraging strategic partnerships, demand generation initiatives, and C-suite engagement. Drive Integrated Marketing & Sales Alignment : Partner with marketing leadership to create targeted demand generation programs, leveraging customer insights to optimize messaging and lead quality. Enhance Thought Leadership & Industry Expertise : Maintain deep domain expertise in healthcare IT, cloud security, and compliance, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to both internal teams and external stakeholders. Bridge Technical & Business Communication : Translate complex technical solutions into compelling business value propositions, effectively engaging both technical and non-technical decision-makers at all levels. Collaborate with customers to understand their evolving needs and align our solutions to meet those needs. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize account revenue. Forecast accurately and adhere to professional sales hygiene. Align the ClearDATA solution set to your customer’s business outcomes, challenges, and technical requirements. Communicate our value and differentiation, and build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Develop and implement customer retention strategies to minimize churn. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the territory. Work closely with the customers to develop and present compelling proposals. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring timely and successful deal closures. Build and manage a healthy pipeline of revenue for your territory. Accurately forecast business on a weekly cadence. Accurately qualify opportunities based on MEDDPICC. Effectively partner with the deal desk to ensure proper contract management and execution. Leverage Marketing capabilities and relationships to drive demand in your territory. Develop a deep understanding of our healthcare IT software and services. Be able to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. What You Need: Enthusiasm, resilience, and a strong sense of determination. Cold Calling Experience Prior sales experience in a similar, quota-bearing role selling complex solutions, preferably within the healthcare IT or cloud IT industry. Experience selling to IT departments and understanding their decision-making processes. Strong technical aptitude to understand how technology products and solutions can effectively address and solve business problems. Knowledge of the entire sales cycle and a strong ability to adhere to a structured sales process. Knowledge of Salesforce CRM software and Microsoft Office preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to plan and prioritize important tasks and work with accuracy and attention to detail. Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong written communication, and oral presentation skills. Possesses a competitive attitude and strong work ethic and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth, and matrixed organizational environment Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
