Title: Manager, Plan to Perform (FP&A) Locations: Chicago, IL Dallas, TX Cleveland, OH Columbus, OH Department: Plan to Perform Job Description: Role: Manager, Plan to Perform (FP&A) Location: - Clearsulting is headquartered in Cleveland, OH, with additional offices located in Chicago, IL; Columbus, OH; and Dallas, TX. Other cities are welcome remotely. - Office Options: Hybrid or Remote. Team members residing within a 45 minute commuting radius of a Clearsulting office, we expect 8 days of in-person work per month, allowing flexibility choosing these days to accommodate client meetings, team syncs and individual schedules. - Travel Expectations: Up to 40% What you'll do - Lead conversations with finance leaders and executive stakeholders to understand their FP&A/EPM strategic agenda and provide actionable insights - Oversee EPM/FP&A implementation projects, including process assessments and redesign, EPM system selection - Manage workstreams, ensuring delivery across the full System Development Lifecycle (functional and technical requirements, integrations, testing cycles, and go-live) - Apply deep functional expertise across corporate finance EPM/FP&A processes - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, proactively managing milestones, risks, dependencies, and change impacts - Create and deliver executive-quality communications and presentations that clearly articulate complex business concepts - Build strong client and internal relationships while consistently modeling the Clearsulting Core Values What You'll Bring: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business-related field of study - 5+ years of management consulting experience in the EPM/FP&A space or 7+ years of experience in an internal company FP&A role - Proven project and people leadership skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment - Willingness and ability to travel Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored visa support. Nice-to-Haves: - 1+ certifications and/or implementations in relevant technology (Pigment, Anaplan, OneStream). Pigment experience is preferred but not required.
