Title: Sales Specialist - Olink Proteomics Location: Remote Norway Full time Remote We have an opportunity for a Sales Specialist – Olink Proteomics to drive growth across Norway, engaging both academic and industry customers. You will join a high-performing commercial team, focused on delivering cutting-edge proteomics solutions and building long-term, value-driven business and partnerships with leading researchers and organizations. Key Responsibilities - Own and drive territory strategy across Norway, with clear focus on revenue growth, pipeline development, and strategic account expansion - Represent and sell the full Olink proteomics portfolio (products and services), aligning solutions to diverse customer needs - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in academia (e.g., PIs, clinicians) and industry (pharma, biotech, CROs) - Leverage an existing network and continuously expand relationships within the Norwegian scientific and biopharma ecosystem - Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities, managing complex and consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders - Lead and manage public procurement processes and tenders in Norway, ensuring high-quality and compliant submissions - Develop and execute strategic account plans for key customers, including large pharma and high-potential biotech accounts - Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, scientific support, operations, and global account teams to ensure seamless execution - Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting using CRM tools - Represent Thermo Fisher Scientific and Olink at conferences, customer meetings, and scientific events Requirements - Proven success in life science sales, ideally within proteomics, genomics, or advanced research technologies - Strong understanding of the Norwegian scientific landscape, including academia, healthcare, and biopharma sectors - Established network within the Norwegian research and/or biotech community - Experience managing complex sales processes and high-value deals, including multi-stakeholder environments - Experience handling tenders and public procurement processes in Norway - Ability to translate scientific value into clear commercial impact - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Self-driven and comfortable working in a high-growth, target-oriented environment - Willingness to travel across Norway (~50%) - Fluent in English and Norwegian Why Join Us?
