Role Description Cherry Bekaert is seeking a Remote Audit Senior Associate to join our Core Audit practice. • Efficiently and professionally handle daily administrative activities within the COB and DM departments • Collaborate with all levels and members of the COB & DM auditing team • Communicates directly with Medicare, Insurance companies, Providers, and/or Employer groups • Enters accurate member, group, and claim information into Cotiviti tools • Ensures confidentiality and security of all data, adhering to HIPAA laws and regulations • Meet or exceeds standards for productivity and quality as identified by guidelines

• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for users via phone, email, and ticketing systems. • Troubleshoot application, network, and system-related issues, escalating unresolved problems as necessary. • Assist users with login issues, password resets, and account management. • Document reported issues and resolutions in the ticketing system to support knowledge management. • Develop and maintain help desk workflows and management SOPs. • Create, manage, and resolve support tickets using Gitlab and other ticketing systems. • Conduct user training sessions and develop instructional materials on features and best practices. • Collaborate with developers, system administrators, and cybersecurity teams to resolve recurring issues and improve system functionality. • Ensure compliance with security protocols, policies, and guidelines related to ATIS operations. • Participate in system updates, testing, and implementation efforts to minimize service disruptions. • Support manual testing for ATIS applications. • Integrate with the ART to collaborate with other testers in support of on-call ATIS Test Surge requirements. • Support the transition to automated testing for ATIS software delivery.

• Oversee all IT Engineering efforts supporting the Department of the Air Force (DAF) Enterprise Information Technology as a Service (EITaaS) Cloud Infrastructure IT Services Group (IITS) • Work with the Senior PM to oversee the technical resources of the entire group • Assist in the leading of all technical projects, technical capabilities roadmaps, and technical success of projects within the group • Assist the PM in high level Gov’t meetings and briefings • Assist in the development of schedules, documentation, and requirements for individual projects within IITS • Assist in the improvement of technical processes such as ticket and change management • Assure that the group aligns with the technical needs of internal EITaaS and external DAF customers. • Provide Subject Matter Expertise across a range of technology solutions • Lead strategic planning of the group with technical initiatives of 12-24 months out • Support cost management with the Sr PM to manage project costs; develop ODC spend plan by quarter to track project hardware and software expenditures • Work to prioritize work and ensure successful delivery of program, and project milestones
