• Own and manage the daily operations of the Kitsch Shopify store, including site updates, product launches, and on-site merchandising. • Oversee both front-end experience and back-end operations to ensure a seamless, high-performing storefront at all times. • Partner with developers and agencies to manage site integrations, technical updates, and platform enhancements. • Ensure flawless on-site execution of all promotional campaigns, launches, and seasonal moments. • Lead the CRO roadmap with a focus on improving conversion rate, AOV, and checkout funnel efficiency. • Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests across key site pages to continuously improve the customer journey. • Identify and address UX/UI friction points that impact site performance and purchase behavior. • Own the promotional and campaign calendar, ensuring every initiative is executed with precision and aligned to revenue goals. • Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Development teams to align eCommerce strategy with broader business goals. • Act as the central point of contact for all site-related requests across departments, triaging and prioritizing effectively. • Lead and mentor the eCommerce team, setting clear expectations, priorities, and performance standards.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of eCommerce experience with at least 2 years in a director or senior leadership role
  • DTC or consumer brand experience strongly preferred
  • Expert-level proficiency in Shopify, both front-end and back-end operations
  • Strong background in CRO, A/B testing, UX/UI principles, and checkout optimization
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity
  • Proven track record of driving measurable improvements in conversion rate, AOV, and site revenue
  • Experience managing developer or agency relationships for site updates and technical integrations
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Comfortable working autonomously across remote and offshore team structures.
