Role Description Your ultimate mission is to deliver a best-in-class payments experience for our users by owning the end-to-end strategy, expansion, and platform capabilities. As the passionate advocate for our customers, you will own the product vision and strategy for our global Payout network across both Sendwave and WorldRemit. You will report to the Director of Product, Payments. - Defining the CX North Star: Developing a deep understanding of our users through research and data, and using those insights to define and execute a roadmap that removes friction and builds trust. - Launching New Capabilities: Leading the rollout of new payment methods and features in our global markets, including traditional and emerging payment technologies like stablecoin, ensuring every launch enhances the user journey. - Driving Growth & Compliance: Collaborating with your cross-functional partners in Engineering, Design, Compliance and Legal to enhance our product offerings and drive growth, while maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically within fintech or payments, with a proven track record of shipping impactful products in fast-paced environments. - You have a proven track record of putting users first. You think in terms of user journeys, not just feature backlogs, and have experience with both qualitative and quantitative user research. - You are highly data-savvy and comfortable using tools from SQL to user analytics to uncover opportunities and validate your hypotheses. - You build strong relationships and can clearly articulate a vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels, from a detailed engineering story to an executive brief. - You have a history of shipping impactful products in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable making thoughtful tradeoffs with incomplete or imperfect information. - You are comfortable working in a remote team environment. The broader Payments team and Zepz team spans a multitude of time zones, and we are not all online together at the same time. Requirements - Product management experience in a complex domain like fintech or payments and can navigate its unique challenges. - Experience working for a crypto company with a solid understanding of the crypto ecosystem, including stablecoins and blockchain technology. - Familiarity with the specific regulatory requirements in international payments. - A personal connection to or deep familiarity with any of the immigrant communities we serve.
