Role Description As an Associate Consultant, you will deliver exceptional BPM support during a time of service transition. - Part of a team of brilliant consultants applying business process management expertise. - Facilitate workshops and engage with diverse groups of stakeholders. - Encourage a shift toward a process-oriented culture. Accountabilities of the role will include: - Process Management: - Apply business process management expertise, including experience in process architecture. - Conduct process mapping/modeling and end-to-end scenario design using SAP Signavio BPM suite. - Drive adoption of process standards and governance, partnering across business functions. - Utilise strong process communication and facilitation skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. - Business and Data Analysis: - Analyse and interpret data to convert raw information into actionable insights. - Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting opportunities for enhancement. - Reporting: - Prepare detailed reports outlining findings and recommendations. - Manage team governance, such as running stand-ups and assisting Senior Stakeholders with reporting. - Client interaction and communication: - Work with key stakeholders to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress. - Build positive client relationships to foster repeat business. - Collaboration and supporting key projects: - Collaborate closely with team members to maintain a consistent approach to client projects. - Driving communications: - Lead on relevant communications plans, including posting news and managing "lunch and learn" schedules. - Support communications with internal and external teams. - Adhoc admin: - Support all other team admin tasks as needed, primarily within Microsoft 365 and other systems. Qualifications - Proven experience of SAP Signavio and Business Process Management. - Strong planning, organisation and delivery discipline. - Experience in managing multiple stakeholders with differing priorities. - Comfortable working in ambiguous or changing environments. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on outcomes. - Ability to anticipate delivery risks early and intervene decisively. - Demonstrable experience of effective project governance and commercial awareness. ROLE SUMMARY: Our Supply group is responsible for brewing, packaging and shipping the famous Budweiser beer. They also oversee aluminum can manufacturing, barley fields, hop farms and a rice mill.
