Begleite uns als CIS4U Serviceability Ambassador (m/w/d) bei Dedalus, einem der weltweit führenden Unternehmen für Healthcare-Technologie, standortunabhängig deutschlandweit und leiste die beste Arbeit Deiner Karriere – mit einem nachhaltigen Beitrag für eine bessere Gesundheitsversorgung in einer gesünderen Welt. - Du vertrittst die Serviceorganisation und machst Serviceability zu einem festen, skalierbaren Bestandteil der ORBIS-Entwicklung für den gesamten CIS4U Bereich. - Du identifizierst strukturelle Schwächen in Installierbarkeit, Wartbarkeit, Diagnostik, Upgrade‑ und Betriebsfähigkeit von ORBIS. - Du bereitest Service-Erfahrungen faktenbasiert und nachvollziehbar auf und spielst unsere Serviceability requirements strukturiert an PE&T zurück. - Du erstellst und verantwortest Serviceability‑bezogene JIRA Epics, verfolgst deren Umsetzung und eskalierst bei Bedarf. - Du bringst die Service‑Sicht als reflektierte und konstruktive Stimme in Reviews, Abstimmungen und Entscheidungsrunden ein. - Du sorgst dafür, dass Serviceability nicht nur „mitläuft“, sondern ernst genommen, priorisiert und skaliert wird. - Du erstellst ein regelmäßiges Reporting für unser Management zum aktuellen Stand. Qualifications - Du arbeitest gerne strukturiert, analytisch und hast keine Scheu, auch unbequeme Themen klar anzusprechen. - Du gehst proaktiv auf deine Mitmenschen zu und suchst selbstständig nach Verbesserungspotential in der Serviceability unserer Software. - Mit deiner Spürnase deckst du jeden noch so kleinen Ansatzpunkt zur Optimierung auf. - Du hast einen technischen oder IT nahen Hintergrund (z. B. Informatik, System Engineering, IT‑ Betrieb‑, Service/Support). - Idealerweise hast du Erfahrung im Produktservice, IT-Betrieb oder Krankenhaus-IT‑Umfeld. - Du verstehst, wie Software entwickelt wird, willst aber nicht selbst entwickeln, sondern steuern, fordern und verbessern. - Der Umgang mit JIRA (insbesondere Epics, Tracking, Priorisierung) ist dir vertraut. - Du kannst komplexe Zusammenhänge verständlich erklären, sowohl technisch als auch wirtschaftlich. - Du überzeugst durch Sachlichkeit, Klarheit und Durchhaltevermögen.
